Star Wars: Resistance - Episode 10 - "Secrets and Holograms"

I am IN LOVE with Torra Doza's pet voorpak Buggles!! End of review.
Just kidding, but seriously, he is so adorable and his eyes have hearts around them! Those fluffy antennae, long skinny legs, and cuddle-inviting body make him a pet that I would love to have...except for his fluorescent purple pee...yuck! See him pictured to the left. I don't understand where he was in previous episodes though...
As for the rest of the episode, we start off with Torra playing a full-body video game called Flight Simulator Squadron that added some more world-building to what teenagers do in the Star Wars universe--pretty cool stuff.
Then we get an ominous intro song again, perhaps because the First Order was in a hologram preceding the intro. I really wish they would just make this consistent. Either use the usual intro music always except for very significant/special episodes or always use different intro music. Oh well...it's a small complaint.
So the majority of the episode is Kaz desperately trying to get the dish on Captain Doza while Torra keeps pulling him into shenanigans. It's a fun romp of an episode and I like that we get to see more of another side character. It didn't delve deeply into Torra's history or anything but it did let her personality shine and allowed us insight into who she is as a person--sweet, craving for adventure, and a lover of company.
We also see Rucklin again, the blonde-haired boy whose ship was "destroyed" by Kaz in an attempt to save Rucklin's life. Apparently he's stuck doing work around the Aces' Tower to raise enough money to buy a new racer. I don't feel sorry for him one bit! Unfortunately, he nearly gives Kaz away as a spy! And Torra comes far too close to the truth...
One last thing, an interesting bit of memorabilia is discovered by Kaz in Captain Doza's office...does it mean anything or is it just for memory's sake? I'll definitely be interested to see where this line of intrigue goes from here!
In regards to the title, "Secrets and Holograms," Kaz has a big secret and there were a couple of holograms of the First Order, namely Commander Pyre, but a better more fitting name would have been something like, "Torra's Big Day Out" or something like that. The episode definitely did not have the James Bond-y air the title implies.
So overall, a cute episode that had me engaged throughout. Nothing too deep or mind shattering but the story still manages to flesh things out and give us a better idea of what our characters' lives are like which was enjoyable for sure. Plus!!!--BUGGLES!!!
