Star Wars comic #51: Hope Dies, Part II by Kieron Gillen

"Star Wars #51: Hope Dies, Part II" written by Kieron Gillen, illustrated by Salvador Larroca and Guru-eFX
Not much happened in this issue at all but it still moved the story arc right along. And it felt quite short. Queen Trios is finally revealed as a traitor and the Rebels are in a super bad spot...but then Han and Chewie show up!!
We left off the last issue with the Empire having opened attack on the Mako-Ta Space Docks. The Rebels at the base weren't able to do anything because all of their capital ships had been locked down and weren't able to release fighters.
Han and Chewie finally arrive and may be their only hope. The bay doors won't open manually but they will still respond to proximity alerts. Unfortunately the comms between the base and the capital ships are also down and Leia can't get the message out to her troops. Leia reaches Han and asks him to fly at the doors and release the fighters! His response to Chewie?? "This had better impress her." Haha!
Overall, a super action-filled issue with Han at his finest! I quite enjoyed the ride.
In the synopsis for the next issue it says, "No human can save the day. But maybe a droid can..." I love it!! Can't wait to see how this plays out! Will it be C-3PO???
